Let’s face it, it’s not often that someone will need our help with their insurance claim when the sun is shining and life is going perfectly. One thing we have learned over the years is that we are often called to help when life is at it’s worst. We have a great deal of respect for this and work diligently to ensure that we do the absolutely best we can for our clients because of this.
It may sound cheesy, but we are here for our clients. Rest assured that we are going to do everything we can to ensure the insurance company performs following a major loss. Whether it be a fire, hurricane, tornado, flood or a major water loss, we are going to be there when we need to be. That’s who we are, and that (like it or not) is what we are here to do.
Our clients always have direct access to their files, information, billing and to their public adjuster. While we do need office or support staff to ensure that our files continue moving forward smoothly with assistance, we don’t hide behind a toll free number or emails. All of our adjusters are directly accessible by cell phone, email, text message 7 days a week. Very rarely are we out of pocket and not able to be reached.
What does this mean for you? Well, it means that we are not only there for you, but we are working your file with at least as much diligence as the insurance company, and more often than not with more.
Of course we do ask for common courtesy for non-emergency situations on weekends, holidays, etc. But you will never have to worry that we are out of touch or hiding from our duties as your assigned public insurance adjuster.
During the times that follow catastrophic events, this can be a huge benefit. It will often result in quicker turn around times for your insurance claim, or even in you getting temporary housing when other do not. It can be huge, and that’s why we work our claims like we do- because it is.
